Mr. Imran Ghani has over 20 years of experience working on Planning, Project Development and Environment (PD&E), and Traffic Engineering/Travel Demand Studies. His PD&E experience includes 22 studies and covers every Class of Action including Categorical Exclusions, Non-Major State Action, Environmental Impact Statement Environmental Assessment, and State Environmental Impact Report. His planning experience includes Feasibility Studies, Long Range Transportation Plans, Interstate Master Plans, Interchange Access Reports, and Shared Use Path Studies. He served on the FDOT Design Traffic and Model Task Force and is one of the authors of the FDOT Project Traffic Forecasting Handbook and PD&E Manual.
