Mr. Walter Nemecek has extensive management and design experience for roadway design projects. His engineering proficiency has been demonstrated on projects ranging from complex limited access roadway design to pedestrian facilities and intersection improvements. His limited access experience includes work on 11 projects within the Florida systems of I-10, I-95, I-295, I-4, I-275, SR 9B, First Coast Expressway and Veterans Expressway. He has led 10 intersection improvement projects and six roadway widening projects.
As Project Manager, he works closely with all team members to promote open and constant communication. Mr. Nemecek has demonstrated industry leading drainage expertise in stormwater design, planning and permitting utilizing the latest adopted pollution removal techniques and practical design elements to provide the most economical long-term solutions.
